Meaning: If you conflate two or more descriptions or ideas, or if they conflate, you combine them in order to produce a single one.

● -ate 动词后缀

●  Conflate A with B 把 A和B 混为一谈


e.g. People often conflate confidence with competence. 人们常常把自信和能力混为一谈。
