生活口语：1对1私教课和大班课, 英文怎么说?

今天我女儿今天与一位外国朋友聊天时，这位外国朋友问她：“What did you do today？”（你今天做了什么？）我女儿回答：“I had a fencing class today.”（我今天上了一节击剑课。）

在这里，我们通常说“我有什么课”，可以用“had”这个词，也可以用“took”这个词。因为我们描述的是已经发生的事情，所以使用过去式。“I had a fencing class today”或者“I took a fencing class today”都是正确的说法。

那位朋友接着问：“How many students were in the class with you?”（你们班上有多少学生？）我女儿回答：“I had a one-on-one private lesson, and then I had a larger group class with many people.”（我上了一对一的私人课程，之后还上了一节有很多人参加的大班课。）

这里其实有两个核心要点需要讲解：

一对一的私教课

一对一的私教课可以用“one-on-one private lesson”来表示，也就是“私人课程”。如果你想简化一点，只说“one-on-one class”也是可以的，这已经足够自然和地道地表达这个意思了。

例如，如果你更喜欢一对一的课程，因为你能得到更多针对性的反馈，可以说：“I prefer one-on-one classes because I get more focused feedback.”

大班课

大班课则称为“group class”，即群体课程。例如，“In my group class, there are about fifteen people, and we all practice together.”（在我的大班课里，大约有十五个人，我们一起练习。）

这就是我们今天分享的内容：“one-on-one class”或“one-on-one private lesson”是一对一课程或私教课；“group class”则是大班课。
