I can relate (to someone/something) 我懂/我能理解你的感受。

relate /rɪˈleɪt/ (to someone/something) 表示对某件事情有同感，能够理解和感同身受。to understand a situation or somebody's feelings because you have experienced a similar situation or feelings. 

A: Raising a baby is hard. 养个小孩挺难的。

B: I can relate. 嗯，我懂。/uh, I cannot relate. 额，还想像不到那是啥感觉。
