【基础英语】从”秋千“说起的3个用法

1. Swing 秋千/ Play on the swing 荡秋千

e.g. The kids are playing on the swing in the yard. 孩子们在院子里荡秋千呢。

e.g. I like playing on the swing. 我喜欢玩荡秋千。

2. Swing by 顺便到访

e.g. I need to swing by the office and drop off a few documents. 我需要顺便取一下办公室放个文件。

e.g. Just swing by when you get a chance. I’ll be here all day. 你方便就来呗，我都在这的。

3. get into the swing of things 适应环境, 进入状态

e.g. After returning from his holiday, John couldn't get into the swing of things back at work. 放假回来后，约翰没有适应工作状态。
