Smell 的3个用法

1. 臭

e.g. You smell! 你好臭啊！

e.g. Your feet smell 你脚好臭。

2. Smell + adj. 闻起来怎么样

e.g. You smell good. 你很好闻啊。

e.g. It smells good. My mouth is watering already. 闻起来很不错啊。我都开始流口水了。

3. Smell a rat 觉得蹊跷可疑

e.g. He’s been working late with her every night this week. I smell a rate. 他这周每晚都和她工作到很晚，我觉得不太对劲。

e.g. I started to smell a rat when he said he was working late, but when I drove past his office all the lights were off. 我觉得不太对劲。他说他加班晚，但是我开车路过他办公室的时候，他的灯都是关着的啊。
