1. You had it coming. 你活该。 

You had it coming. I had it coming. He had it coming. They had it coming. Had it coming 时说活该，因为某人做的错事或者愚蠢的行为，得到某种不好的结果是很自然的事情。I'm not surprised to hear that Amy broke up with Jack—he was always so rude to her.  He had it coming.

2. Save your breath. 不必多费口舌。

朋友想要劝你做你不愿意做的事情，你跟朋友说，你别说了说了也没用。Save your breath. 另外Save something 节省，留着；你跟别人说Save your tears 就是说你的泪水留着吧，流泪也没用. 

3. She was up all night, tossing and turning. 她一夜没睡，翻来覆去的。

Up 表示没睡着。你晚上给朋友发消息still up? 就是问还没睡吗？早晨问朋友You up?就是问你起了吗？toss and turn 就是翻来覆去。比如I was tossing and turning all night. 我一晚上翻来覆去的。

4.Level with me. 跟我说实话。

意思就是Be honest with me. 比如你跟朋友说 You need to level with us so we can help you. 你得跟我说实话，所以我才能帮你。

5. I’m stuffed. 我撑死了。

stuff 名词表示东西；动词表示塞；stuffed 其实就是被塞满了（肚子），也就是吃饱了。比如你吃了很多，去朋友家，朋友还让你吃东西，你说. Oh no, I couldn't possibly! I’m stuffed.我吃不了了，我撑死了。
