实实在在从头学：go off the rails 

1）脱离正轨，行为举止怪异（不被主流社会接受，比如青春期的孩子的叛逆行为，大人做的违背道德或者违法行为）

2）事情很混乱无序，失控了

e.g. She’s going off the rails, and it’s all my fault. 她现在做的事情很出格，这都是我的错。

e.g. He went off the rails in his twenties and started living on the streets. 他在20多岁的时候变得很不正常，然后就一直流浪街头。

e.g. Things were going off the rails here, and no one was getting any work done. 这事情缺乏管理很混乱，没人干活。
