实用表达：under construction 在修建（If something is being built, it is under construction)

e.g. This bridge/subway has been under construction for over a year. 这个桥/地铁修了一年多了。

e.g. My new website is currently under construction. It should be ready next month. 我的新网站正在建呢，下个月应该好啦。
