Lesson 2: Breakfast or lunch? 

It was Sunday. I never get up early on Sundays. I sometimes stay in bed until lunchtime. Last Sunday I got up very late. I looked out of the window. It was dark outside. 'What a day!' I thought.'It's raining again.' Just then, the telephone rang. It was my aunt Lucy.'I've just arrived by train,' she said.'I'm coming to see you.'

      'But I'm still having breakfast,' I said.

      'What are you doing?' she asked.

      'I'm having breakfast,' I repeated.

    'Dear me,' she said.'Do you always get up so late? It's one o'clock!'

知识轻学：

1) It’s hot/cold. 很热/很冷；It’s 7:20. 现在7点20；It’s me/a boy. 是我/是个男孩。

2) get up early/late 起床早/晚； stay up late 熬夜晚睡；

3) get up 发音连读

4）sometimes 有时候；some times 几次；

（回顾）I looked at the man and the woman angrily. They did not pay any attention. 

6) what a + 名词！ what a couple! 这一对！What a pity！好可惜；What a shame! 好可惜！

7) have breakfast 吃早饭；have + 吃喝玩乐；I’ll have …（点单时候用的句型）I’ll have a combo No. 1 我就要一号套餐吧；Have fun! 玩得开心！
