Lesson 1: A private conversation 

Last week I went to the theatre. I had a very good seat. The play was very interesting. I did not enjoy it. A young man and a young woman were sitting behind me. They were talking loudly. I got very angry. I could not hear the actors. I turned round. I looked at the man and the woman angrily. They did not pay any attention. In the end, I could not bear it. I turned round again. 'I can't hear a word!' I said angrily.

'It's none of your business,' the young man said rudely. 'This is a private conversation!’

知识轻学：

1) go to the theatre 去剧院；go to the movies 去电影院看电影；

2) have a seat 请坐；

3) Enjoy + 名词；如：Enjoy your stay! 祝您住的愉快！Enjoy your meal. 希望您吃的开心；

4) Hear 和listen 区别

6) pay attention 注意；pay attention to + 注意的内容

7) bear 忍受；I can’t bear it./ I can’t bear this.

8) It’s none of your business. （万能句）不关你事。
